Special Session Paper Submission Instructions – ICAIC 2025

Authors are invited to submit their research papers to the Special Sessions of ICAIC 2025. Please follow the guidelines below for submission:

Step 1: Access the Submission Portal

Visit the Microsoft CMT submission system: ICAIC 2025 Submission Portal

Step 2: Select the Special Session Track
  1. Log in to your Microsoft CMT account or create one if you are a new user.
  2. Click on “Create a New Submission.”
  3. Choose the appropriate Special Session Track from the list.
Step 3: Paper Formatting Guidelines (Springer LNNS Format)
  • Papers must follow the Springer Lecture Notes in Networks and Systems format.
  • Maximum Length: 10-15 pages (including references, figures, and tables).
  • File Format: PDF
  • Template Download: Springer LNNS Templates
Step 4: Upload and Submit
  1. Enter submission details, including title, abstract, and keywords.
  2. Upload the formatted manuscript in PDF.
  3. Review all information carefully.
  4. Click Submit to complete the process.
Step 5: Confirmation & Review Process
  • A confirmation email will be sent upon successful submission.
  • Acceptance notifications will be sent according to the conference schedule.
